Please note: If you are experiencing flight delays that affect your hotel reservation, please call your hotel directly to adjust your reservation. If you fail to call and do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date, you will be charged a no-show fee and your reservation will be cancelled.

Please note: Credit card information is required to hold reservations on the Payment Method screen. Your card will not be charged at this time but may be charged on or after 21 July 2023 for a deposit equal to one night's room and tax.
Reservation Confirmations
A confirmation email will be sent from the AOM Housing Bureau after you make your reservation. Confirmations are not sent from the hotel. For more information, call the AOM Housing Bureau at +1-864-658-5334 or via email at aomhousing@maritz.com.
Changes or Cancellations to Existing Confirmations
All changes and cancellations to hotel reservations must be made directly through the AOM Housing Bureau by 18 July 2023. After this date, all changes and cancellations must be made directly with your assigned hotel; however, please do not reach out to your hotel directly until 21 July 2023. Reservations not cancelled at least 3 working days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of one night's room and tax.
Room Rates and Taxes
To take advantage of the special Annual Meeting rates, book your reservation by Monday, 18 July 2023. After this date, rates may increase. All rates are per room/per night and are subject to a 16.45% sales tax. Special requests cannot be guaranteed. Hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in based on availability.
Student Room Rates
AOM Student membership is required for student housing and rates. Student rates sell out quickly and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
